Titan has signed a deal with GoDaddy (NASDAQ: GDDY) to provide its email platform to customers in India, Brazil, and other emerging markets.

Targeting micro-SMBs (one- to two-person businesses) but scalable to larger companies, Titan differentiates itself from Google and Microsoft by focusing on small business needs—offering email marketing tools, templates, read receipts, invoicing, and other customer communication features.

Founded by Bhavin Turakhia, Titan operates exclusively through reseller partnerships with registrars, hosts, and platforms. A four-month trial with GoDaddy saw email revenue grow 76% and satisfaction scores rise 65%.

Titan currently has 2.3M active mailboxes, up from 1.15M two years ago, and aims for 10M within three years. Partners include Newfold Digital, GMO, Team Internet, and Automattic—the latter investing $30M for a 10% stakein 2021.
