Due to the nature of digital work and customized service delivery, most services are non-refundable once work has started or resources have been allocated.
2. Order Confirmation
By making a payment to OMWEB, you acknowledge and agree to the scope of services discussed or outlined in the invoice, proposal, or communication.

3. Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests must be submitted before work begins or before services are provisioned.
Once a project has started, resources have been assigned, or access has been provided, cancellation may not be possible.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under limited circumstances, including:
- Duplicate payment made in error
- Payment received but service not initiated
- Verified technical failure preventing delivery of the service
Any refund decision remains at the sole discretion of OMWEB after internal review.
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally non-refundable once initiated:
- Website design, development, or customization work
- Digital marketing, SEO, and campaign management
- Marketplace setup or management services
- Branding, graphic design, and creative services
- Consulting, strategy sessions, or advisory services
- Third-party software, tools, or integrations purchased on behalf of the client
- Any service already delivered partially or fully
6. Partial Refunds
In rare situations where cancellation occurs after work has begun, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed and expenses already incurred.
Any such decision remains at the discretion of OMWEB.
7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Clients are encouraged to contact OMWEB directly to resolve any billing concerns.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior communication may result in suspension of services and termination of any ongoing agreements.
8. Third-Party Costs
Fees related to third-party providers, software licenses, hosting, domain registrations, or other external services are generally non-refundable once purchased or activated.
