You are entitled to cancel your order within 3 days without providing a reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 3 days from the date you received the goods or when a third party you appointed (other than the carrier) took possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of cancellation, inform us clearly via email at nivita@omweb.com.

We will reimburse you within 3 business days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used. No fees will be charged for the refund.

Conditions for Returns:
Please ensure that:

• The goods were purchased within the last 3 days
• The goods are in original packaging

Non-returnable items:

• Customized or personalized goods
• Goods that deteriorate quickly or are expired
• Goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons
• Items inseparably mixed with others after delivery

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions above at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods:
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods. Please contact nivita@omweb.com to request the return process.

We are not liable for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping service. Refunds cannot be issued without receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
