Transparent & Fair Refund Guidelines

This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and non-refundable services are handled at OMWEB, operated by OMWEB.

1. Nature of Services

OMWEB primarily provides digital services, digital products, platform access, subscriptions, domain services, hosting, and custom work.

Due to the nature of digital delivery, many services are non-returnable and non-refundable once work has begun or access has been provided.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation before work has started or before platform access, domain registration, or hosting activation.

Once execution begins, cancellation requests may not be accepted or may be eligible only for a partial refund, depending on work completed.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Payment received but service not initiated
  • Technical failure preventing service delivery (verified by OMWEB)

Refund approval is subject to internal review and documentation.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, or aftermarket purchases
  • Hosting, servers, VPS, cloud infrastructure once activated
  • Digital platforms, subscriptions, dashboards, or logins
  • Custom websites, designs, branding, development work
  • AI services, automation setups, integrations
  • Marketing, SEO, campaign execution once started
  • Third-party tools, licenses, or paid integrations

5. Partial Refunds

If a project is cancelled mid-execution, OMWEB may, at its discretion, issue a partial refund based on:

  • Work completed
  • Resources allocated
  • Third-party costs already incurred

Any deductions will be clearly explained before refund processing.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method wherever possible.

Bank processing times may vary and are outside OMWEB’s control.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting OMWEB first may result in account suspension and service termination.

We encourage resolving issues directly via email for faster resolution.

8. Policy Misuse

OMWEB reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of policy abuse, fraudulent claims, or repeated refund requests.
