Spok Holdings (NASDAQ: SPOK) has sold Arch.com for $701,000, according to its latest SEC filing.

The domain traces back to Arch Wireless, which merged with Metrocall Holdings in 2004 to form USA Mobility (later renamed Spok). For years, Arch.com redirected to Spok’s site until its transfer in April to Squarespace Domains.

The buyer, Arch, provides data aggregation tools for alternative investment firms. Previously using Arch.co, the startup now forwards Arch.com to its existing site—a major brand upgrade backed by its $25M+ in funding.
